We persist in applying the same old trusted tactics on situations that demand a very different approach. The fact remains the "CV problem" (as any other game problem) has an effective solution, it is up to the players to implement it but we don't have the will (or knowledge) to adapt to the changing environment. The solution exist, it works, but it requires to have some knowledge and willingness to trust and cooperate with your team mates. yet we rarely see it implemented in the actual game.
We all know it and have heard it before, pool your AA, cooperate with your team mates. I found that match incredibly refreshing and enlightening in the simplicity of the answer provided to the "CV problem".
